Is there any DS commercial or homebrew platform game that has a stage creating feature?

The level creator for Knytt Stories DS is PC-only and comes with Knytt Stories for the PC.

But even then, you still have to download Knytt Stories for the PC so you can decrypt all the level files so you can use them on Knytt Stories DS, so it's not like you're downloading extra stuff.

oh, right, I listed homebrew with PC stage builder, not "in-game" stage builder.
But what Byny asked is maybe "in-game" only.
Sorry then, Fireworld stage builder is also a PC program.
