Pikachu Yellow 3DS LL Coming to Japan

A Pikachu Yellow 3DS LL is coming exclusively to Pokemon Center, will be released on September 15th and only available for pre-order in-store from 25th August to 14th September. The system is all yellow with Pikachu face and tail on the outside and the inside is white. Selling for ¥18,900 and comes with the usual accessories. Notice something odd?

Agreed. I'd say this is probably the first of many exclusive 3DS designs to come that we won't be seeing here. There's just more of a market for them in Japan then there is here, really. Most people in the west seem to just want a cool, solid color.

Yeah. But in Japan, it boring color. Just like Pikachu 3ds and just yellow. where is lightning and cloud is? Boring design for yellow all over.

Pretty weird, this isn't to promote anything? Usually these limited edition systems co-inside a game release.
