ok i need a little ( or most likely a lot )of help here
so a place im doing my internship has aked me to :
make a simple api that :
send a incomplete cv (just name ,surname,age) thought a http socket
2.parsing it (the xml), looking into a database to see if we have that employe and then adding (school,birthday) on the xml
and then sending it again back ,or just save it somewhere,this time edited and complete
the processing thing doesnt scare me as i have done a little php but the socket thing yes
i have never used a socket before so i would like to ask you whats the route i have to do to make this thing work
im not saying to tell me all the code as it will defeat the reason of this internship ,just the send receive concept of the socked
