People who got their google payment profile suspended, what did google do about it after contacting them?

Hello,

My google payment profile is being suspended for a week now!

I was about to pay an app and I forgot I had my expired visa, so I added the new one but it said the payment was unsuccessful!

because of that I made changes to the payment profile multiple times and they suspended it.

they send me a form to verify my account a week ago and they haven't responded yet! they respond with a bot message saying because of corona it will take longer than usual to respond.

would they remove the suspend or is it over?

by the way, I removed my visa from my profile after they suspend it, should I add it again?

You should talk to Google so they can fix it for you if there was a miscommunication.

Easier said than done because Google doesn't do customer service. However, they have an email address which they reply back, via Google One (paid customer), and for Drive issues.

Having multiple Google accounts isn't a good idea, imo, because if you have it linked to your YouTube, Drive, or Gmail then I'd avoid that.

Hell, if it wasn't for the Play Store on Android (can't do without) and YouTube (I could do without) I'd have gotten rid of my account, but my hands feel locked up.

I have Protonmail with 1GB and love it although I use it very rarely. Someday I'll finally change over to it completely.

I personally don't like having too many accounts out there when there's no need to. Got three email addresses and would prefer to cut it down to two, but simply can't.

I was afraid they won't do that.

Advice to everyone: buy from google play only with google gift card.
Don't use your credit card.

What do you buy from the Play Store? Apps/games and eBooks?

Music and movies switched over to YouTube, I think.

I wouldn't bother buying music (still MP3?) or movies due to the quality it is in. iTunes is much better for those two.
