I as going to buy a ceramic white premodded PSP but does it run like a Jap ds LITE?
Can you run American games on the console? CAn it play American UMDs?
Can you change the language?

Yes, If by umd's you mean movies no dont think so unless fastloader loads newer movies and Yes

Change languages yes, umd region is locked to Japan's region, so can't play US UMD's.
