I think he wants to know if restoring the flashcart will lose CFW. I didn't know what you meant by replacing a file on the SD card since this isn't what happens when flashing a flashcart?

Because you told him to make sure the payload was in the correct folder.... And directly after, he asked if he would lose his progress if he did so...

I took that to mean he thought that replacing the file on his SD card and re-using the flasher would revert his progress. I was telling him it won't (he's just replacing a file on the SD card) since he already has B9S installed. If that's not what he meant then I'd still like to know Lol.
