Your firmware is wrong. Update it.

i updated the firmware (http://www.r4i-sdhc.com) before i had even downloaded the rom as i knew it was an older firmware.

There is nothing I can do for you. If it were as easy as going on the R4i-sdhc website, this thread wouldnt have so many pages

Okay, so I've looked through the last 15 or so pages of this thread and haven't found an answer. I can't get this game to work on my DSTWO.

- I have the latest firmware for the DSTWO (v1.19)
- I have the latest EOS for the DSTWO
- I am attempting to run the ROM in clean mode.

The game starts, but once I select 'new game' and the opening animation starts playing, the game gets really choppy and the sound is distorted. Once we get to the end of the animation and the screen fades to back...that's it, the game freezes there. Stuck on black screen. I've tried skipping the animation to see if that fixes the issue, but I still just get stuck on a black screen.

Anything I should try?

Nevermind...applied the AP patch to the ROM and it's working now!

I am having trouble getting this to run on both my acekard and dstwo... Which makes me think my rom is faulty :| I got it from emuparadise, which usually works perfectly fine!

If the instructions on the first post dont help and the problem isnt the card itself, i suggest really searching for a prepatched rom at this point.

Tried that since patching it myself didn't work, found a few and tried them all. Some didn't work but one did, so i am happy now!
