Here's a mod to unlock and target 60fps in Oceanhorn 2 Knights of the Lost Realm
Resolution is tweaked for a dynamic 720p in docked and dynamic 540p in handheld. With a maximum overclock I noted the performance was around the following in docked mode:
More demanding open world areas: 45-60fps
Less demanding areas: 55-60fps
Indoor/small areas: 60fps
In handheld mode with a maximum overclock the performance is around 10% higher.
If you want the docked level graphics in handheld just use ReverseNX.
To use this mod copy the 01006CB010840000 folder to atmosphere/contents/ and set a maximum overclock with sys-clk to get the best out of the game. The higher the overclock the higher fps and resolution you will hit.
If you're happy with a lower performance/visuals you can drop the clocks as per your preference. Even using 460MHz gpu in handheld performs quite well considering how demanding the game is.
Maximum overclock:
Remember for high gpu clocks in handheld (from sys-clk github): "GPU overclock is capped at 460Mhz in handheld and capped at 768MHz if charging, unless you're using the official charger. Clocks higher than 768MHz need the official charger plugged in."
That means with the above overclock if you don't have any charging source connected you will cap at 460MHz gpu in handheld and when you connect a charger it will automatically increase to 768MHz or 921MHz depending on the source.
