Hacking NTRboot not quite booting

Look, I am more than willing to help you and so is everyone else on the forums. At the same time there is only so much help we can provide through the forums without going to your house and installing the CFW for you. If something isn't working, then there's only on so much we can do to help you. But you need to actually put in some work to figure out why something isn't working, you need to do some troubleshooting as well. You are playing with fire right now and there's only so much we can do to prevent you from getting burned.

Welp, I have 2 other questions (sry about that)
1.I flashed my action replay DS (with the blue background) with the action replay DSI code manager and whenever ntr boot fails, I remove the magnet, go back to the home menu, and I see that the icon is missing from the card, does that mean the card was flashed successfully?
2.If ntrboot fails, I'll go buy a VISA or MasterCard giftcard but... if I DO buy a credit card giftcard, will it act as if it was a credit card (security number, expiration date etc.)?

Stacks of fridge magnets might work.

Speakers from headphones, electric motors, hard drives (maybe).

One person even used a DSi XL to hack his 3DS.

I even used a speaker but the 3DS still booted to sleepmode after a couple of seconds.
Maybe it's because I NTRflashed my ARDS (which has a blue background) with action replay DSI code manager?
I did the ARDSi method because the ARDS method was for the ds lite cards only and I have the 2011 version of ARDS card (which says on the box "3ds, dsi,ds lite, ds compatible")

Try doing the restore process and using the other method, since that's an ARDS and not an ARDSi

Like I said, the ARDS code manager (ds not dsi), doesn't detect my ARDS because my card says action replay DS but the interface is ACTION REPLAY DSI so technically, it's an action replay DSi but I'll give it a shot why not

No matter what, the action replay DS code manager won't detect it because the card is not "one of them"

OK, to fully analyze the problem, here's the things that happen:
-I insert the ntrflashed card (it IS ntr-flashed because it has no icon)
-I put the dsi xl speaker under the 3ds's sleep sensor
-I hold the button combination
-I hold the power button (with the button combination)
-The power light turns on after 1.5 seconds
-The screen turns on on the lowest brightness
-The screen lights more
-After a couple of seconds the 3DS goes to "sleep"
-I release the buttons and go rage mode

iirc the power light taking some time to turn on means that you're correctly holding the buttons. Try restoring the AR to the original firmware and flashing ntrboot again, and if it doesn't work, maybe it's simply not supported

Welp, I guess your only choice is to get a VISA/Mastercard gift card and use Seedminer or get an ntrboot compatible cart...

Welp the card wasn't compatible anyway because whenever I booted the 3DS normally, it showed the icon but whenever I failed, the icon wasn't there

Now R4i SDHC 1.4...
whenever I boot into the flasher, it doesn't say "not compatible, go away", but whenever I start the NTR proccess, the bottom screen just turns off and nothing happens.
So... mmmmaaaybe it works?
