Hi there, I am wondering if anyone can help me.

I've managed to convert most of my cartridges to CIA files and installing them works fine.

However I have a few .NDS files on my pc. I have followed the tutorial to place them in the "in folder".

I have tried two ways, navigating to the files, and the second way going through scripts>miscellaneous>converting .3ds to .cia.

The latter shows "no useable entry found".

The former navigating to the file only shows:
"mount image" as a viable option.

Anyone got any suggestions? 1 of the files is a ROMhack, the others are normal games.

If they are .nds files. They can be ran using twilight menu. You cannot actually convert them to cias. https://gbatemp.net/threads/nds-bootstrap-loader-run-commercial-nds-backups-from-an-sd-card.454323/ https://gbatemp.net/threads/ds-i-3d...-ds-i-games-and-ds-i-menu-replacement.472200/

Are .CIA files installed on the 3DS itself, rather than the SD card?
Only DSiWare. That is also the only kind of .NDS file that can be directly converted to .CIA
For retail DS games there is – like said above – TWiLight Menu++ and/or forwarders (which are technically DSiWare, limited to about 40 titles at a time).

Since TWL++ provides so many cool features, I would really recommend it.

so when going through installing .CIA files (e.g. backup games) on FBI. After I click install and delete, where does the actual game file go?
SD:/Nintendo 3DS/<ID 0>/<ID 1>/title/00040000/<title ID>
Where the ID 0 and ID 1 are 32 random hexadecimal values
For title IDs:
