I would seriously doubt that it would be on version 11.0, as long as it came out before the update

It will most likely be on 10.3 if you buy it new.
Confirmed on Amazon.de
My Hyrule Warrior edition which is quite recent was on 10.3.

Sometimes on amazon a seller that sells multiple versions can have all the comments for different versions on the same page.

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
