Nintendo 3ds xl power on but no button and touch respond

So i bought this 3ds xl try to repair. then i trying pressing buttons and touch screen i get no respond on main menu .only button that is working is power button and best thing that when i power on always goes in to empty folder . Already disassembly and assembly all ribon cables in 3ds . do you know how factory reset

Sounds like more of a hardware problem, factory reset won't solve your problem.

This is most likely permanent (ghost) touch input.
If you have custom firmware installed: All buttons should work normally in GodMode9

Try these:

• Carefully clean the edges of the touchscreen. Make sure no dirt particles are between the frame and the touch panel. Don't use metal objects
• Remove screen protecting foil (if any)
• Disconnect touch panel until you get a new one (very cheap, but medium difficulty installation)

Factory reset will not solve anything. Religious sacrifices of personal data don't repair hardware problems.
