When trying to play the pre-loaded game (or the Sun that I purchased separately) I receive the following message
The game is preparing to load, and additional data is being created.
Please do not remove your SD Card or turn off the power.
The console does nothing and the game never plays
(however, I can play old games like pokemon ruby)
Can anyone advise what might be happening? I bought the console from a game shop in Australia on Ebay.
