Ok, can I store say music or vids on my SD card, the one that actually goes in my Dsi, and acess it off my A2i cart?

Only if you are one of the few people that got the SD-hack thing you got from a game or two. Dunno how much use they got out of the hack though and I am almost certain you can't access it with your acekard.
No you cannot, akaik. I've tried it before and it starts messing up your acekard for some reason. You can however just buy another SD card and have both in your DS, that will work fine (note: you can't use the SD card slot from your acekard).
I don't think you can... but if you want to watch videos and listen to music though Acekard 2i, you can use Moonshell...
