QUOTE said:There is a new drive again.
We call it the D3-2
These drives now comes in Wii's that come back from Nintendo Repair Centre in the Netherlands.
It currently doesn't work with none of the solderless chips like Drivekey, D-right and Wasabi DX.
I haven't tested flatmod as i don't sell them anymore but i expect the same.
It does play original with chip on it but not the backups.
Drive has allready been send to Drivekey-Team.
Will post pictures soon, but it looks exactly the same as first D3 Drive. We noticed that the serial of the Mainboard of the Drive is different. The normal D3 start with ''E'' and the D3-2 starts with ''F''.

QUOTEWii consoles with a revised drive version has been spotted in the Netherlands, Canada, and Korea. These consoles cannot be modded by any known method, including all chips and softmods.
The drive itself looks identical to the D3 with only a different serial number to tell them apart. The normal D3 start with ''E'' and the D3-2 starts with ''F''
Expect a new wave of modchips soon.
