^ I made a mod for hiding those ingame button prompts, and also for hiding your profile icon throughout the whole app. I shared it on a discord which has since disappeared, but it's also on dumbra.

Do you know how to remove the black area where the buttons were?

Update 2.0

Is it possible in future update to edit the file in: 0100d870045b6000\romfs\bootapp\resources\strings\en, to add comment?

Must the standard/original roms (Balloon Fight, Baseball, etc.) appear in the lclassics.titlesdb ?
Or will they be added automatically ?

Oh, ok, I tested it.
They have to be added. But how?
How can I know the standard datas (code, roms, etc)? Where are this infos saved?
When monthly new games will be added, how can I get the additional datas?

Some more questions:
1.) Can I insert info lines somehow that will not be considered?
2.) What are these lines for and what values are usual: fadein, overscan, armet_version, armet_threshold

Yes, Use NCA-NSP-XCI_TO_LayeredFS.bat In two .nsp.
1.0 (base) and update
in script choose 2 e 3 options

Ok. I've NCA-NSP-XCI_TO_LayeredFS_v1.4:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/extract-nsp-nca-xci-update-all-in-one-tool-for-layeredfs.511156/

At the start I choose filetype 2 for NSP-file ,then option 3 (base+update) like you said.
That's not enough, at the end I only get a romfs.bin file but no Romfs folder.
But for first I've the NCA files to go on with.
Next I used 1 (NCA) and then 3 (update base.nca + update.nca).
The result is a combined romsfs-folder with everything in it including NES-rom-folders and lclassics.titlesdb.

Ok, now I have my lclassics.titlesdb, perfect.

BUT ... when I open it ... it's just chaos and not really good readable because all seem to be in one line :(
Tried Editor, Wordpad, MS Word and Notepad++.
How can I get it ordered and clear with the familiar line by line ?

AlanLC, yours is working fine when I use it on my microSD.
I know it's no difference then not using this file because no roms are added.
But it shows that yours work.

I extracted lclassics.titlesdb on my own with my 2 NSPs.
The untouched file works.
After I edited it with Word, just to have all line by line in a nice overview, it doesn't work any more.
But why?
Must have something to do with the charset. How must I save the txt-file with the editor. ANSI or UTF-8 or Unicode?

Some questions, who can help:
  1. Can I insert note lines somehow that will not be considered?
  2. What are the following lines for and what values are usual: fadein, overscan, armet_version, armet_threshold
  3. Where is the setting for the rom overview save including line, size and sort?

To edit the original file I did in json editor online, I was in option that organizes the list and saved, but still caused error in the game so I changed the order of Publisher, Title .... to the same as the file of the 1.0 mod , so it worked.

Fade In I think it's to fade in when you click on the cover to open a game. Over Scan is for cut on the sides of the games. Other options I do not know.

For comments edit file in 0100d870045b6000\romfs\bootapp\resources\strings\en (es,pt.....)

Anyone got this to work with the 1.2 version of NES Online? I get error at booting the app when adding the game normally, and a freeze at launching the game if I only change the .nes rom of an existing game.
Im wondering if Im doing something wrong or if its fixed in the 1.2 version?

Is there a work around for linking a nintendo ID? Maybe I've missed this somewhere, so forgive me if I did.

There isn't a known way to run NES Online without a linked account. What I have seen is a way to transfer certain files to your Switch to put a linked account onto it without going online, but the server I saw it on went away. Maybe try dumbra or whatever.

In firmware 6.2 Nes Online requires you to upgrade to 2.0, the roms do not open in this version, close the application.

Has anyone found the files for this?
