Homebrew NES emulator for NDS with Genie Codes

I don't come here everyday so I wouldn't know if this question has already been asked AND I searched for this before I made this topic.
ok... Remember Blaster Master for NES? Or even Battletoads.... These games are ridiculously hard without cheats.
1. I was wondering, are there are any updated NES emulators for the [NDS slot-1 flash cards like the R4] that allow cheat codes (game genie/ gameshark /action replay?)?
2. What are some of the best or most recent NES emulators for [NDS slot-flash cards like the R4].
3. Is it possible to play 2 Players (TMNT2tag) if you have 2 NDS handhelds, 2 R4's, and 2 copies of the game? Or even 2 Players taking turns (Mario 3)?
Sorry for the noob questions because I just got my R4 >.<

No, NES DS, and no.

You can however apply the Game Genie codes directly to the NES rom with the right tools.
