Hardware Needing help on Old 3DS XL 11.6.0-39U

I am on 11.6.0-39U on a Old 3DS XL. Only time this happens is when playing my games with a friend local. I am on the latest Luma3DS firmware with boot9strap installed.

My friend that plays with me is on a 2DS with the latest cfw Luma3DS with boot9strap as well. His system does not crash at all, only mine will.

Any help appreicated. Thank you in advance.
