Hacking Need help! with CIA and xorpad on Gateway

i have been reading read website for a while after i got o3ds ll with gateway (yesterday).

The problem is after i convert my 3ds rom (from website) to cia files and install it the game rom is totally change language from english to japanese (Luigi Mansion Darkmoon USA)

Is this happen because i generate xorpad with 3ds ll ? How to fix it?

Is there anyway to update game without change region e-shop ?
