likely. but it cost money and needs to modify the files i wish to download the .exe directly and install it without admin or external programs.

also if i was modifying programs i might as well extract steam.exe and host it myself but that would make many concerns.

Could you create a portable launcher for Battle.net client? similar to the way you did the steam client?
