I want to install rev 14 so that I can get Neo Gamma R7. The problem is from what I understand you put cIOS38_rev14-Installer.dol on the root of the SD card and launch it from the HBC. It does not even appear on my list of applications. I think I must be missing something. If somebody could help me it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

create a folder called "cIOSrev14" in your "apps" folder on your SD.
Rename cIOS38_rev14.dol in boot.dol , and put it in the "cIOSrev14" folder.
Run HBC , now you should be able to launch it

Excellent post. It is what I think I have been searching for. I will try this out tonight, lets hope I can get the backups working finally!
Can any1 help me install The cIOS on my wii it has firmware 4.2U and the NeoGamma I have is Version R8 beta 15, please I am very new to this

@Xdqwerty there is health behaviour you can add to your character, then to use a health bar is lil more complicated, google n watch a few tutorial video on it, be too hard to explain here. -

I know you have to create a health and health max variable. Then there is a calculation you use in code to subtract width size of the health bar. Google few vids.
