ROM Hack Need help finding Assassins Creed Rebel Collection save file.

Basically what im trying to do is i tried making a checkpoint backup and when i located the folder on my sd card it gave me these files. What i mainly wanna do is play my switch save on my pc version.
Much help is appreciated. Thanks!
