Hacking Need help cleaning up my N3DS XL's SD card.

So I just finished the switch to sighax, so I figured I'd start fresh and clean up my sd card. what folders/files are the bare minimum needed to run with sighax?

I think that you should attach a screen of your sdcard, in that way it would be easier to tell you what to keep and not to keep

I ended up figuring it out. everything is gone but:

3ds
cias
DCIM
fbi
hblauncherloader
luma
Nintendo 3DS
boot.3dsx
boot.firm
ntr.bin
screenshots_raw.bin

3ds contains only:
ntr
dspfirm.cdc (I have no idea what it does.)

You can get rid of screenshots_raw.bin. It's just a screenshot you took, unless you want that screenshot. dspfirm.cdc is your DSP dump. You'll need it if you want sound for custom themes or homebrew.
