Are you using the "Original R4/M3 Simply" template and pack?

Yep. I download the original R4/M3 Simply pack and selected the same for the template. When creating the forwarder, where do the original ds files have to be stored?

If you mean the generated .nds files, you don't need them.

Like I said, anywhere. Make sure "Games are on SD Card" is marked, and drag and drop them from the flashcard's microSD to the app's window.

The flashcard isn't reconized. Your card probably is a fake.

I've just tried it in a M3DS Real. Just has white screen once the DS screen shows.

Any idea how to fix it?

Extracted the 3DS SD contents to it's root? Make sure you extracted the "_nds" folder instead of putting what's in the folder to "nds".

Can you run the card in NTR Launcher?

See if it works with either RESETSLOT1 set to 0 or 1 in the .ini file.

That's not possible. That would require reverse-engineering TWL_FIRM.
Technically, it's already in a full screen aspect ratio.
