Hacking Question NBA 2K19 1.03 needs fw update

I downloaded the NBA 2k19 1.03 update nsp and installed it. But now it is asking me to update the fw. I am on 5.1 with sxos 1.9

Which fw should I update to and whats the best way to update so I dont have to setup rcm again. Last time I updated to 5.1 it took me an hour to get back into rcm mode.

Sorry dont understand. Do I put the tinfoil.nro on the sdcard, run sxos and use the hbmenu to run tinfoil?
