I'm considering getting an N3DS from Japan, because they're cheaper than in America, and I don't want an XL but I don't want to pay the (steep) premium for one of the two limited edition ones. I know you can do region changing with secureinfo_a but that doesn't allow you to get on the eShop, right? Is it worth it to spend the extra money to get a USA N3DS (probably happy home designer since the Pokemon one is like, $300 right now)?
