Hacking N3DS: black screen + blue light, unsure where I left off

Hey all.

Some time ago, I want to say around 2016 or 2017, I bricked my N3DS I believe by accidentally updating my SysNAND instead of EmuNAND via system updated. I was in the wrong env and accidentally updated SysNAND thinking I was in EmuNAND.

Unfortunately, this is all I know. The console now only shows a black screen and blue light when I try to turn it on. Have tried booting with/without the SD card, tried getting into recovery mode, trying getting into a boot menu, all with no success. Truth be told it has been so long I'm a little lost as to what to do. Luckily, I did backup all the things at the time I believe. If I'm not mistaken I used a9lh+REINAND cfw?

Anyhow, can anyone point me in the right direction on how to even begin to solve this mess? Attached a copy of my SD card folder/files and the backups I have.

You should upgrade from a9lh to b9s. A9LH is not longer supported.
