AFAIK No way exists to install games or use Homebrew without the SD so i think no.

isnt there a mocha fw that replaces fw acessfrom sd to usb or something, sure its very slowlish but it exists?

It needs to be ran from SDCard and only works partially

It needs to mount SDCard first. That's how kexploit works, it redirects request to SDCard.
