Disclaimer or not, you're going against eBay's policy, and they've already found ya out.

If you wanna sell your stuff, put it up on Kijiji.com -- that's where I had sold a DS Lite + G6 Lite.

yeah dude, try Kijiji or Craigslist(as long as you live in a large city) i live, in toronto so very easy to buy/sell w/o having to use an online auction service like ebay.

Just curious. You said "condition: New" and in the description you said "brand new"

But in the pictures the DS is out of the box. This is very misleading.

Just saw your auction.

Your DS isn't brand new. You've obviously used it.

Plus, I wouldn't pay $329.99 for the buy it now price -- that's $382.55 Canadian -- a huge rip off.

I bought a DS Lite for $50, a G6 Lite for $40, and a case for $15. That's only $90 US.

Sorry man, but it's no wonder why there's no bids. If you want to sell it, I suggest starting the auction out at $1, not $189.99. As you can see, I wouldn't even pay $189.99 for the package. I'd give you $100.
