Hey all, first time making a thread here :)

Inspired by @Xand0r thread here --> https://gbatemp.net/threads/my-custom-gba-boxart-slipcovers-for-use-with-ds-cases.462037/

I decided to make a thread for GBA custom cart-work (see what I did there?)

Check out these out and let me know if you'd like to see more.

Thank you! I have about 90 in total. Including some for games that were never localized (with varying results based on what I could scrape together). I've just about finished my GBA collection and will be moving onto GBC next :)

Nice, do you have any way of making actual labels of them?

I make the labels as part of the carts using the label boundaries on the cart template. I suppose I could cut around a single label and then use that as a template if anyone wants them separate.

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

    Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

    Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
