Homebrew My console self-restarted and messed up...

I was following a tutorial for something and it involved installing some cias. When I did that, nothing happened. So I went into FBI and uninstalled all of them. When I came out of FBI, the console rebooted and showed this.

The tutorial I was following:

I uninstalled all the CIAs it showed in the video under the US section. Then everything messed up.

Oh dude you messed up big time. You're lucky it still boots.
Try opening the internet browser to load browserhax and restore an earlier working NAND backup
Or her a hardmod

Never use FBI to uninstall CIA unless you know exactly what your doing. Do you have a NAND backup by chance?

There is no reason to go and look at the video. At this point if you can't get into safe mode or have a back up of the NAND, there is nothing you can do.

If you had emunand, than you can recover via hardmod.

Than get one or install one yourself? Extract your emuNAND off the SD card, and flash it to your 3ds. Console should works as normal than.

I can still boot into Homebrew as usual.

So the 3ds works normally your saying, just all your icons are gone and you can boot into homebrew? If that's the case, reinstall your missing CIA's....

On the home menu, if I click on anything, it freezes.
