I grabbed an Unofficial build of MVS 2.3.1 that supports the Universe Bios. In the package are a bunch of tools and I am unsure what they are used for. Can someone explain their use for me? I read a bit about converting but I do not know to what end. Do ROMs need to be converted from their .ZIP format into something else?
