i remember i used this guide on my 4gig memory stick to increase it's speed when i waas running gen5.50d2 and it worked great =(

but now when i try to use this on my 8 gig stick, everything works except for my backups. i cant load up my isos. i certainly can view images faster and song album covers on my mp3s load up way faster so i know it's working, but then when i try to load my backups on my 8gig mem stick i get the this game cannot be started error.

however this patch works perfectly fine on my 8gig memory stick.

i have absolutely no idea as to why this is happening.

Just wanted to say thanks for the tutorial, just done 2 phats on D2 (4 GB Sandisk Sticks) and as spectral says ".... loading the pics/backgroung pics when selecting an iso." is faster.
