Homebrew Moving Gen 4 Pokemon Rom to Gen 6 3DS

I have been using a DS emulator while on vacation since I left my DS at home and I have several that I'd like to transfer. I'm currently using Drastic emulator on my galaxy s8. Ultimately, I would like to move the Pokemon on my Heartgold ROM to Alpha Sapphire on my 3DS. I already own a copy of gen 5 Black as well.

I'd just like what I need and the process, if this is possible.

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Well do you have access to homebrew or CFW? If yes, you need
: Pkhex
:A computer
: JK's save manger
:your save of pokemon heartgold
So on your smartphone find your save of pokémon heartgold.
put it on a sd card or plug your smartphone on your computer
put your save in a place that you will remember.
So you extract your save of pokemon alpha sapphire using jk save manager.
After you put your save you had extrated on the pc.
;Open pkhex
;Click on file and open
;browser for your heartgold save
;after it load the save you go on tool,data and dump box.
After the dump finished you simply open your save of alpha sapphire on pkhex.
(Be sure you know where pkhex put the pokemon),
Afer you go on tool-data-load box.
I didn't tried to load box so i'm not sure if it overwrite the pokemon on the box.
Try this in a empty box.
(If you don't know how to use pkhex or jk's save manager just type it on google and you will find how on video or simply ask)

Well I can't post a link but your version of 3ds is 11.4?If yes, do you have a new 3ds if no you are out of luck for now.
for now on 11.3 and lower everything work.On 11.4 just the new 3ds work.
Just search for how to get homebrew launcher on internet.
For viewing your version, just go in the setting app of your console
( it's written on the main menu of the app like 11.4.0-37 u/e/j)

Can I use a Mac or do I have to use windows? And I'm guessing I won't need a flash cart?

Yes a mac could be used as well as windows so don't worry about that.There's no need of getting a flashcart except if you want to get Custom firmware.Anyways you could not do that exploit because the developpers didn't finish it.

Alright. Going to give it a shot tonight. Will the Pokemon from my Heartgold save file be considered hacked and not legal when I transfer them?

Well if you had a legit dump of the game yes but if you downloaded it on internet maybe not.

As long as you transfer them using PkHex's drag-and-drop feature, they'll be given the proper transfer flags and will be considered legit.

No they are legit but on the eyes of nintendo no. it creates a double of the pokémon so if the pokémon that has been cloned is legit,the other one will be too.
