Why are people even complaining? Your getting free stuff, if you don't like the way it's presented than don't get it. Quit complaining and deal with what you get.

I see no problems with the details, except maybe the fact that you can't go into sleep mode for GBA games

I agree. Save-states are a ticket to cheaterville.

But sleep mode for the GBA titles when closing the 3DS would have been nice.

I can understand why NES games will get save states and not GBA games. Most GBA games that were lengthy had saving built in. Many NES games didn't have saving in the first place, but used passwords. Some didn't even have passwords, and would require hours of playing to beat a game.
