Gaming Monster Hunter Generations save problem...

Hello, I have a problem.
I started playing Monster Hunter Cross when it came out in Japan. I downloaded the DLC missions and I worked perfectly but when I passed my save to Monster Hunter Generations I had a bug that when I download the American DLC the game freezes and then it brokens my save and I need to inject it again so I can play again. My question is, is there any way to erase the DLC missions of MHX or something?
PS: And the japanese palyco that I've downloaded says "DUMMY" :/

I also had dlc from cross to my generations but never had a problem using the English dlc.

Mmm I'm using gateway emunand. I don't know if that's something to do :/ But I literally can't download the american dlc.
btw, I have a japanese new 3ds. IDK if that's something too XD

Lol. I'm playing on my european n3DS and I need to find a source of english/american dlc because it pisses me off that I'm missing some content because of region locking.
