Gaming Minecraft ps3 save to ps4

so i got a ps4 and when ever i try to upload my Minecraft game save to download it on the ps4 it just sits at 0% i let it go all night and it just sat there the system is not frozen or any thing and i'm on Minecraft 1.40 please help [email protected]

Gonna have to wait for a patch probably. Myself and some other people have already reported the bug in the Mojang bug tracker:

I don't know of an support number, but it probably wouldn't matter anyways if you called. I just looked on 4j studios (developers of console Minecraft) twitter account and it seems that they are aware of the problem and working on it with Sony.
