No picture of the kid, and no CD can pierce through skin, even if launched. Unless you buy the kill from...fuck I forgot the movie. It had to be an Andy Sidaris movie, Savage Beach or Picasso Trigger. Could be something else, I'm not referring to the record throwing in Shaun of the Dead. The CD death in question featured a straight up throw to the face, and it impaled the guy. It was hilarious, but that can't happen in real life. Not even a picture of the XBox 1, the system displayed looked like a VHS/DVD combo.

I never saw Hellraiser. It was a CD, a woman threw it and it killed a guy, Dammit, it just hit me, and no wonder I thought it was Andy Sidaris because the film was similar to his work. To The Limit, 1995, Anna Nicole Smith threw a CD, it was the final scene, goddamn PM Entertainment.
