Hacking MH3U Texture mod, is it possible?

So yeah that is my question. Anybody knows if it is possible to change the textures on WiiU games? Specifically in MH3U, to swap the horrible 3DS upscaled textures for the superior MH3 Wii textures?

Could this possibly be done? If so, which tools could I use?

Also, anyone knows if there is a way to lock the framerate at 30fps in tis game? The stuttering is driving me crazy, nearly impossible to play. I know you can play in 480p and it plays more smooth, but it looks like utter trash that way sadly (plus the horrible textures, and the terrible gamma calibration).
