Wait, where do I get my friend code and such? And taking pictures? Hmm, maybe that comes later. I'm only 20% done it says and I think I have 6 vouchers. I know I have 500 kills and I saved one of the 2 guys on the first level.

Well, i think the Update of Metroid isn't a normal Update.
I think without the Update you couldn't make ingame Screenshots and these are placed on the Pinboard.
And also the "sticker" on the Ship.
Metroid will check the other Savegames, to create the Sticker.

Well Geist, i didn't do the update, i powered off as soon as it started and play a Brickblocked version of the game.

And the screenshot tool, bobble head, stickers on the ship based on your saved games, all work fine.

Heya Jumpman,

your wii friend code, back in your address book is the code you give out to us. Thats where you add ours as well. (not like mario strikers etc, doesn't have its own code)


Once someone sends you at least 2 friend vouchers, you turn them into friend credits, and you'll be able to afford the screenshot tool. (Its around 3-4 red, a blue, 3 yellow, 2 green, or something like that lol)


You can't get it without friend credits, so, add us all, send some of your 6 out, and people will send some your way and get you some cool unlockables.

I've turned on WiiConnect24 in Metroid.

I'm 23% done, and it shows I have 59 red medals, 18 blue medals, 8 yellow medals, and 0 green medals.

I also have 6 friend vouchers.

Now what's the next step?

Send friend vouchers, get friend vouchers (done within the extras menu of MP3). I'll send you one or two if I have two, although I'm done playing for the day. Buy the screenshot tool first, it's slightly addicting. I took tons of screenshots today. People on my friends list know.

Oh, it seems like it's generally the consensus that you repay a friend voucher by sending one to that friend, so everyone is even. When I send screenshots through the message board I usually type a little message (yay USB keyboard support!), I suppose it'd be kosher to request friend vouchers from people through those messages.

Going out of town for the weekend so I expect lots of screenies when I get back!

Actually, theres 3 guys. The one that gets sucked into the door is saveable

So I just have to use the Wii code right?

That leaves me with 5 left.

EDIT 2: Got the 2 you sent me Libo, sent another your way to even it out. Unlocked the screenshot tool. Now to try it out.
