ROM Hack Mario Kart DS Hack Help?

Okay, before we begin, let's rundown the scenario.
Emulator: Supercard DSTWO
OS: Windows 8.1
Manufacturer (PC): Helwett-Packard (don't know why I said this)
Tools Used: DSBUFF

Okay, so first, I'd like to know, in Mario Kart DS, what are all the unused courses in the game, here's some I know (Crash means the game crashes when loading it):
Dokan Course (Crash)
Gamecube Mario Circuit (Crash)
Staff Roll
Staff Roll True
Test Circle

Okay, so, first, how do I fix the game crashing upon loading certain courses? In this case: old_mario_gc.carc (Gamecube Mario Circuit?)

Also, does the game refuse to load if there's unnessessary directories? (I accidentally pasted the rom dump into the rom dump's data folder, the game refused to load and displayed a white screen, then fixed it by removing the rom dump inside the data folder.)

Also, would I be allowed to upload a rom dump in a zip file to GBATemp (Not the duped cartridge, by rom dump I mean the unpacked version.)
