New V23 Official Release

There is a new Loader/Firmware for this release but only chinese ver. has been release atm. The link here only provide the GM for now until the english firmware is out.

PS: The new Loader basically add more features to Extended Moonshell.

Whats New

1. Added support for Rom 225,233 Battle of Prince of Persia, now able to use DMA patch option instead of Normal patch option.
2. Fix the random freeze bug in Mario Hoop 3 on 3.
3. Added Safe Mode patch method. (This is a new method of patching where the most simple patching method will be use. When using this mode will not allow you to use DMA or Soft Reset and other additional features. This mode is not recommended unless a new rom is being found not working with any regular patch method.)

Known Issues

1.Rom 507 Tamagotchi is not working at the moment.
2. Most games support Soft Reset except few like Mario Kart n etcs...

So it seems that updated Moonshell? Hopefully to the latest version?

The Safe Mode feature will be very useful for future ROM dumps.
