The latest version of Luma is 13.0.2 and you can download it from the Luma3DS github page if LumaUpdater won't update it for you :-

https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases
https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/wiki/Installation-and-upgrade

Hope it helps.

Yes now you can update the 3ds's firmware to the latest version without any worries.
What do you mean by "official channel"? you update the fw in system settings if that's what you meant?

Also like others have said, Luma Updater is outdated and should not be used anymore, i recommend using Universal-Updater since it's way easier for updating Luma3DS, as well as all the other homebrew apps you might have installed on your system.

But any desktop OS, I've never had anything but frustration trying to get Bluetooth devices to work reliably and stable. It might pair and connect once, and then next time I go to use it I have to delete and re-pair it again

Not recently but I think it's less a driver issue and more just Windows having a garbage Bluetooth stack
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Could be I was having issues when I first upgraded it and didn't realiser gigabyte has specific driver revisions which is stupid
