I was worried that after the Capcom and Konami games, they were done. We'll Europe just got Breath of Fire I&II today, so I guess there's more games coming in the future. I hope we get ActRaiser, Super Mario All-Stars, Kirby Super Star, Kirby's Dream Land 3, and Super Mario RPG. I know SMAS and AR was rumored, according to a leak on the Japanese 3DS VC list but I really hope NA and EU gets them, too.
I know, I just listed like 50-60 games we're still missing. This is the list I can think of:
Super Mario All-Stars
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
Super Mario RPG: Legend of The Seven Stars
Kirby's Avalanche
Kirby Super Star
Kirby's Dream Land 3
Wario's Woods
Star Fox
ActRaiser
ActRaiser 2
Soul Blazer
Illusion of Gaia
Ogre Battle: The March of The Black Queen
Castlevania: Dracula X
Demon's Crest
Final Fantasy II
Final Fantasy III
Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest
Super R-Type
R-Type III: The Third Lightning
Gradius III
Super E.D.F.: Earth Defense Force
Harvest Moon
Wild Guns
Natsume Championship Wrestling
Chrono Trigger
Secret of Mana
Secret of Evermore
Super Adventure Island
Super Adventure Island II
Super Turrican
Super Turrican 2
Aero The Acro-bat
Aero The Acro-bat 2
Super Bomberman
Super Bomberman 2
Super Bonk
Axelay
Cybernator
Darius Twin
Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures
Pac-in-Time
Pac-Attack
Ms. Pac-Man
Frogger
Space Invaders: The Original Game
Metal Marines
Vega Stakes
Uncharted Waters: New Horizons
Romance of The Three Kingdoms IV: Wall of Fire
Nobunaga's Ambition
Genghis Khan II: Clan of The Gray Wolf

Others , likely they are already DS games, GBA games or they are on a game-pack, OR they are like "wtf text based strategy" (nobunaga, romance of 3 kingdoms, etc)
I would add this ones:
All the "Earth and Heaven Saga" -> Soul Blazer, Illusion of Time and Terranigma (you missed the best one)
Brain Lord
Parodius (cos the LOLS)
Seiken Desentsu 3 (Secret of mana 2... hope they translate and release)
Alcahest
Treasure of Rudra (needs translate too)
Captain Comando
Knights of the Round (instead of brawl brothers, combatribes, and rival turf)
Clayfighter 2 - Judgement Clay
7th Saga
E.V.O. Search for Eden
Gunman's Proof
Lost Vikings (1 & 2)
Plok (oh boy,THIS ONE!)
Neugier (also, translate)
Star Ocean (also translate, localization)
Romancing SaGa (also translate, localization.. 2 & 3)
I know that several of my list are likely not to come to usa/eu cos' localization, but , you know, dreams and hopes...
The USA and Euro releases of snes vc games are exactly the same. They even have exactly the same title id. So Euro releases of breath of fire 1 and 2 would be the same if they released on USA eshop. It's only the Japan versions that differ.

I've owned both iPhone and Androids over the years. Both are just as good, other than Apples higher price. I'm currently on Android, Samsung S21 I think, and very happy with it.
