yep and all the noobs were saying its stupid and useless to have them with no way to use them... Now there is a loading method and we all ready got WUDs to try out. don't they feel dumb now...

Although I should note that the method on doing so still isn't user friendly yet. Just saying.

Do the games loaded through Smash create a new save file then?

Yes, save files are stored in the SD card (_SAV folder). For example, for NES Remix the following files are created in the SD card:

They're not stupid to have, they're just near impossible to find.

Oh ok. It sucks that Wii U auto updates. Will there ever support 5.5 or am i screwed?
There are some exploits being developed for 5.4 and 5.5 but you might have to wait quite some time for them to be released.
I recommend you disable the auto update and that you block IP/domains if you want to stay at a safe firmware.

Any chance this might work with a game other that Super Smash Bros.?

Just curious since I don't own that game, and just looking to see if I should buy it now or wait a bit
to see if it gets ported to another game? Does Super Smash Bros. have a exploit that is the
reason this game is used for Loadliine?

Thanks guys, keep up this awesome WiiU scene aliive :P

The reason why Sm4sh is the entry point is because it is one the few if not the only game that allows SD access.

Super smash bros is only used for SD access. the exploit is always the browser > then kernel.

Oh I see (SD Card), that makes sense, so I'll alter my question a bit, any other games with this SD Card access at boot out there?

I'll just say what you need to know, theoretically loadiine should work with any game that has SD card access, and has a big RPX file(big enough so it can't be smaller than the RPX you're trying to load).

Please don't ask again.

As Abood responded, if you weren't here before, the first version golden45 showed us he could only load small size rpx files. now thanks to smash bros he can load larger rpx files. You could use the loader without Smash bros, only the mii editor or even only with the browser using network without SD card, but the list of games you can load will be very small (AFAIK only Snes remix worked then) and the loading time will be slower :).

So I suggest you get yourself a copy of the game before its price reaches the moon :)
Or you can just be patient and wait for IOSU exploit which will grant you even USB access ^^.
