Yes, I posted one earlier in the thread (not hard mode or time trials though).
@Kafluke posted one on page 2.
I don't think saves are region locked, but I could be wrong.
Here's a save for the NTSC version of ZombiU (AZUE41).
No saves.
All Uplay rewards unlocked:
-ZombiU Logo 80s style toggled in the menu (called "Back in the 80s")
-Cricket bat skin toggled by the menu just like the Union Jack (called "Punk is not Dead")
-A bonus video showing the artwork concepts of ZombiU (called "God save the Queen")
-The multiplayer mode "Survival"; a timed variation of "Killing Box" where it times how long the Survivor. (called "The Last of Them")
No saves.

I did a little bit of Smash Tour and Trophy Smash to unlock the rest of the stages. I'll upload the folder in a short bit.

I posted a 100% save (without DLC) for Cemu, I think it is compatible with Loadiine

The trick for me was to go into the settings and crank up the Wiimote sensitivity to the max and it gets twitchy but you can win that way lol
