In conclusion:
Loadiine launcher app = Homebrew app that lets you launch titles from SD card. Has no online support and is outdated and slow. Use WUP Installer method instead (formally called "Brazilian Method)
Loadiine.ovh = gateway website allowing you to launch Homebrew Launcher through webexploit. Use HaxChi instead. Way better.
