Designs look neat but I still don't like the brown/yellow color scheme. Two of my least favorite colors, plus having your controller be the colors of piss and shit isn't exactly flattering.
If they are built 1:1 to the same spec as the original shells, then the hand grips are easily replaceable. Only takes unscrewing one screw and the grip comes right off. So putting another color on would be easy, I'm not sure if you can buy those pieces separately though.

These are more expensive than the other colors, I'm not exactly sure what the regular pricing will be.
not particularly a fan of the mixed color scheme, particularly when the white/yellow/poocolored parts are not transparent. Looks tacked on.
EDIT: Why the hell did they put pikachu and pichu silhouettes on the PKMN controller? Why not Eevee as that one is the other titular pokemon for the new games? Also, the random "pattern" of the silhouettes makes it look like a quick hackjob. "Yeah, just sprinkle some pokemon on there, it'll be fine!"
EDIT2: I also just noticed, the logo in the center says "Super Switch". Now, I have seen third party shells for the switch tablet bearing this name, I assume these are not official controllers but just replacement shells, correct?
