He only had one spelling error, so I don't see what the deal is. There are a number of apostrophes missing and other small grammatical issues, but the message is perfectly understandable. However, the subject at hand isn't the OP's English skills.

Thanks for the build, @Februarysn0w.

Thanks very much! Really, yeah.
Well i hate to install/upgrade MSVC to 2015 just for a repo.
MSVC is much stuffed now and too many useless packages inside.
So thank you again for release the latest binaries!

what the heck is this for?
If you have to ask, you probably don't need it...

"A Rom Hacking friendly PSX, GBA and NDS assembler with support for overlays and several other neat features. The full MIPS R3000 and ARM7/ARM9 instruction sets are implemented. Unlike other available assemblers, it doesn’t erase existing files."

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
