Yesterday, completed adventure mode of Super Smash Bros Ultimate, boy what a game one of my favorites. The last boss was intense.

I grinded through Wario Ware Get it Together today. 100% Story completion, now I just need to unlock the remaining Micro Games (story mode took about 2 hours).

full playthrough (in german):

No More Heroes 1. First time playing the series in anticipation for the 3rd game. Probably going to go PC for the sequel/possibly 3rd in the future. Aside from side quest grinding between story missions I enjoyed it a lot. I like Grasshopper's weirdness.

I like these threads, let's have one for Switch.

The most recent, and only so far, game I've finished on Switch is the first game I got with my Switch, Super Mario Odyssey. This was really good fun, and including all the post-game content (finished getting every moon and every costume yesterday) there was a satisfying amount to do. It only got a bit frustrating grinding out the final few moons, but I think I'm glad it ended when it did, I'm content to be done with it now.

This is the first sandbox Mario game I've put a lot of time into, I've still not played more than the first few areas of 64, and haven't tried Sunshine yet, but the whole experience was more fun and involving than 3D Land/World. Would recommend.
super mario 3d world

Super Mario Odyssey. The next will be Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, it should arrive in the mail in about two weeks.

BotW. Otherwise, MH RIse never really ends and neither does Animal Xing. Those aside, I'm about halfway through Neo World Ends w/ You.

I actually finished 3 games in a row yesterday.

Hollow Knight (Normal Ending), Samurai Warriors 5, and NEO The World Ends with You. What a rush, that last one was particularly awesome, one of the best final boss fights I've experienced in a while.

Planning to get into Metroid Dread later on, and probably Disco Elysium.

Skyward Sword HD. Not as fun as swinging my arm around playing the original, but I could play it on the bus, so still pretty nice. I didn't remember Demise being such a pushover little bitch, though. Easiest boss fight in the game after the sand scorpions.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
